By signing below, I acknowledge and agree with the following:
1. I am the lawful owner or authorized representative for the lock(s) submitted and have the legal right to request rekeying services.
2. Cardinal Keyworks is not liable for locks that arrive damaged, compromised, worn, jammed, or otherwise defective. Any such pre‑existing conditions will be documented and communicated to the customer prior to the commencement of work.
3. Upon arrival, locks undergo inspection. If a lock cannot be safely or effectively rekeyed, Cardinal Keyworks will contact the customer before proceeding with alternative recommendations.
4. Cardinal Keyworks takes care with all items. If any cylinders are lost or damaged while in our possession, we will reimburse only the replacement cost of the cylinder(s) and not the entire lockset.
5. Return shipping is at the customer's risk unless shipping insurance is selected above.
Turnaround time begins after receipt and
inspection of lock(s). The standard 72-hour service window applies to business
days only and excludes shipping transit time.
