How It Works - 4 Simple Steps

STEP 1 Request Your Rekey Contact us by phone, email, or click below on this page for the intake form,

STEP 2 Pack & Ship Your Locks Remove your locks from the door (deadbolts, knobs, or levers). Wrap each lock in bubble wrap, include the completed intake form, and ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Tracking is recommended.

STEP 3 We Rekey &

Inspect Our certified technicians rekey your locks to brand-new keys within 72 hours of receipt. Every lock is cleaned, lubricated, tested, and inspected before packaging. You'll receive a confirmation email

when your locks are ready to ship back.

STEP 4 Receive &

Reinstall Your rekeyed locks and new keys arrive via USPS Priority Mail (return shipping included). Simply reinstall your locks — same hardware, fresh security. We include reinstallation tips in every return

package.
